On our factory floor we designed and installed plumbing to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation. We’ve thoroughly implemented 7S in our kitchens (7S - sorting, straightening, systematic cleaning, standardizing, sustainability plus scrubbing and sterilization), to ensure safety and peace of mind. Institution of Strict Production Standards Based on HACCP and ISO
The Osaka Headquarters Production Facility is certified by the National Federation of Confectionery Unions as having implemented the HACCP system (with further plans to upgrade), and the Tamba factory is proceeding with plans to attain certification.In 2004, with a view to further improving quality, the company obtained the ISO9001 certification for all facilities throughout Japan, and is currently consolidating its quality control framework.
